A former food scientist, Gillian then built over 20 years experience with the public and private sector in business and partnership development. She has managed numerous projects working with government agencies and initiatives in various industry sectors and clusters.

Her relationship development role at Dorset Business Angels involved working with SMEs, start-ups and investors. She applies her interest in social media and digital marketing to her business development role at Hixsons.

An Associate of The Peter Drucker Society Europe, she has access to the world’s top management thinkers at the Global Drucker Forum which addresses current and future leadership and management issues facing business, governments and academia.

Gillian is keen to raise awareness of the BCP area as a great place to live and do business.
